Using the latest guidance—including the Section 8 Renewal Guide, Chapter 7 of HUD Handbook 4350.1 on Budget-Based Rent Increases, and proposed updates in the Draft Revised 4350.1 Chapter 2.06—participants will gain the skills needed to calculate, justify, and submit rent increase requests accurately and confidently.

Gwen Volk
